Registration is now open for the 2025 edition of The Perl and Raku Conference, to be held June 27-29 in Greenville, SC. Early bird tickets at $250 each are available now through April 15. We are expecting a full house in this year's more-compact venue, so get yourself signed up right away! Buy your tickets now on [Eventbrite](https://www.eventbrite.com/e/the-perl-raku-conference-in-greenville-sc-2025-tickets-1029312049047). If you haven't yet reserved your hotel room, [you ought to do that now](https://www.hiexpress.com/redirect?path=rates&brandCode=EX&localeCode=en®ionCode=1&hotelCode=GSPWR&checkInDate=26&checkInMonthYear=052025&checkOutDate=30&checkOutMonthYear=052025&_PMID=99801505&GPC=PRC&cn=no&viewfullsite=true), while you're taking care of your travel details. We've got a good rate at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites on Woodruff Road in Greenville, and the team there is looking forward to welcoming us to the Palmetto State for our first time.
If you're planning on volunteering at the conference, get in touch with Sarah Gray via the TPRF Slack; she'll have all the details on how you can help make it happen, and get a free ticket! We'll also have lower-cost passes available soon for your "plus-ones", as we did last year.
This year's conference is shaping up to be a great one! We already have accepted a number of great talks, and we've got a few more openings, so the call for papers is once again open at [Papercall](https://www.papercall.io/tprcgsp2025). If you've got an idea for a talk, jump right in and submit it! If you're short on ideas right now, [take a look at the wiki](https://github.com/perlconference/tprc-2025-gsp/wiki/Topics-we-want) for a few from the conference team. Speaking at the conference is an easy way to get a free admission to the conference, and we'll have all of our talks lined up before the early bird ticket window closes, so get your propsals in today!
The planning team is getting excited about this year's conference. The pace of preparations is picking up, so look to see details about our presenters, sponsors, and activities in the coming weeks!
