I am pleased to announce that the books on YAPC::NA 2012 in Madison Wisconsin have now been closed. Thanks to the excellent management by the Madison Perl Mongers, the event was a success and has concluded with a net profit of $3,000.

Sponsorship Income: $48,400
Less Expenses: -$79,600
Net Income: $3,000

Strange you don't even mention the contribution of the trainers who worked 2 days and who donated all the income - less their direct expenses - to the conference and thus to The Perl Foundation.
Oh and BTW do you remember I still have not received the expenses, right?

It was a big event with hundreds of moving parts but the Madison team stomped on home base with several seconds to spare.
