## Goodbye, DrForr
The whole organizing team for The Perl and Raku Conference was deeply saddened to hear about the passing of our dear friend, Community Volunteer, frequent presenter, Perl developer, and RakuLang advocate. Jeff Goff - aka DrForr - is, and will continue to be, missed.
## Coronavirus and TPCiH
Organizers of the TPCiH and board members of The Perl Foundation are aware of the growing concern around the COVID-19/Coronavirus. The safety and well-being of the Perl and Raku community is most important to us. We will continue to monitor the situation and health impact the virus has to see if our June conference can continue as scheduled. We will post updates as soon as we have them.
