<p dir="ltr"><span>If your proposal is accepted you will be expected to confirm within 48 hours of your notification that you still plan to give the talk. At our discretion, your slot may be assigned to another proposal if we don’t hear back from you in time.</span></p>

<p dir="ltr"><span>Our contract with the Little America Hotel awards us a discounted conference room rate of</span><span> </span><span>$169.00 per night prior to April 2nd</span><span>. Self-parking is included for guests and attendees. Valet parking is available for $7 per day.</span></p>
<p dir="ltr"><span>All rooms must be booked by Friday, 5/18/18</span><span>. No room availability is promised past this deadline.</span></p>
