<h1 dir="ltr">Last Call for Tutorial Sessions</h1>
<p dir="ltr"><span>Are you an experienced instructor or speaker who would like to offer a course at The Perl Conference this year in Salt Lake City? We hereby invite you to participate by submitting a Tutorial Session! We would like to offer the Perl community a selection of courses and tutorials before and after the conference. Tutorial days will be June 17, 21, and 22, while the main conference days will be June 18, 19, 20. To submit your proposal, please visit </span><a href="https://goo.gl/1GV14L"><span>https://goo.gl/1GV14L</span></a><span>. </span><span>Submissions will be accepted until March 1st*!</span></p>

<h1 dir="ltr"><span>Last Round for Speaker Submissions open</span></h1>
<p dir="ltr"><span>Yes! </span><span>The Call for Speakers</span><span> </span><span>was announced on January 23rd with submissions being accepted until March 18th: </span><a href="http://news.perlfoundation.org/2018/01/cfp-tpcislc-2018.html"><span>http://news.perlfoundation.org/2018/01/cfp-tpcislc-2018.html</span></a><span>. While t</span><span>he first submission period has closed, the second round talk submission period is open now. Submit your proposal before February 25th to have your talk considered in this round of selections!</span></p>

<p dir="ltr"><span>We encourage you to submit your talk as early as possible. We are choosing speakers in an ongoing process, with the final submissions to be accepted no later than March 18th, 2018. <p dir="ltr"><span>If your proposal is accepted you will be expected to confirm within 48 hours of your notification that you still plan to give the talk. At our discretion, your slot may be assigned to another proposal if we don’t hear back from you in time.</span></p>

<p dir="ltr"><span>If your proposal is not accepted, you’re welcome to make adjustments and resubmit!</span></p>
<h1 dir="ltr"><span>Event Registration</span></h1>
<p dir="ltr"><span>Standard Passes are now available for $265. Ticket sales will be cut off with a maximum total capacity of 450 people. We did sell out in 2015, so we recommend buying your ticket early! The ticket rate increases to $375 on May 19th, so BUY EARLY!</span></p>
