# Want to Sponsor The Perl Conference?
A donation to The Perl Foundation not only contributes to the Perl Conference in Salt Lake City, but also aids our other outreach programs. Perl Foundation Sponsors will get recognition for supporting The Perl Conference as well as our regional Perl Workshops, our Outreach Program for Women, beginner training initiatives, and our grants programs for an entire year. Donating directly to The Perl Foundation is the way to get the most value for your sponsorship money.
For more information about donating to The Perl Foundation check out our prospectus: [http://donate.perlfoundation.org/prospectus.html](http://donate.perlfoundation.org/prospectus.html).
Sponsors can also donate directly to The Perl Conference. Often the organizers are able to link a sponsor directly to an event at the conference ( wifi, coffee break, etc ) where the cost of the event is in line with the donation amount. Email [treasurer@perlfoundation.org](mailto:treasurer@perlfoundation.org) for more information or to donate directly to this year’s event.
Sponsors of $500 or more will be provided a table at our sponsor expo and job fair.

# Room Types and Rates
The Perl Conference has a special rate on suite-style rooms located inside the conference hotel, called Tower rooms. The tower rooms have amazing views overlooking Salt Lake City. After a quick search of the travel sites, you may be able to find rooms in the Little America Hotel priced for less than the special conference rate we are advertising. This is because Little America has two tiers of rooms. The less expensive rooms are exterior, motel-style units, called Courtside rooms. Both room types are described below and more information is available on the Little America Hotel website, [http://saltlake.littleamerica.com/](http://saltlake.littleamerica.com/).
Many people reserved Courtside rooms in 2015 believing they were receiving a great bargain, then were unhappy with the room they received. Please make sure you are aware of what room type you’re booking if you’re doing so outside of the TPC arranged discount.
### Tower - “Run of House” - Rooms:
These high rise rooms are 600 square feet, each equipped with one King bed (or two queen beds) and beautiful views of the nearby valley and mountains. Each room has complimentary wifi and a large screen TV, among other amenities. The tower rooms are located inside the Little America Hotel and are being offered at a discounted rate of $169/night (prior to April 2nd).
### Courtside Rooms:
These motel-style rooms offer one bed and wifi. They are exterior rooms that are entered directly through an outside door. Each room has one parking spot in front of the entry door. You will need to walk outside from your room to the main hotel to access the events inside.
