Voting results: 2 Yes votes, 1 abstention, and 6 No votes
This grant is not approved. Concerns were raised about the previous related grant by the same submitter that was not successful.
We accept proposals throughout the year; our next round of voting would be in November, but since we have allocated all the
funding from our budget for the calendar year, there will be no explicit call for grants in November/December. The next call
will be in January of 2018.
You can [submit proposals](http://www.perlfoundation.org/how_to_write_a_proposal "submit proposals") now.

We sincerely appreciate all the donors which made the grant
program possible. Also see the [press releases](http://www.perlfoundation.org/press_releases "press releases") for
the recent major donations.
