Outreachy internship successful completion

<, The Perl Foundation accepted Areesha Tariq as an intern for this year’s internship to work on [Open Food Facts](https://world.openfoodfacts.org/). Stéphane Gigandet provided mentorship for her during the entire program. I would like to congratulate both for the successful program completion and express gratitude for their hard work.
During the internship, Areesha completed the followings:
* Templatization of the HTML/CSS/JS code generation of the Open Food Facts web site, thanks to the Template::Toolkit module
* Documentation of some of the Open Food Facts modules in the POD format
* Improvements to the documentation of the docker install of the Open Food Facts development environment
Stéphane says:

Her new clean Template::Toolkit templates will make it much easier for designers to update and improve the Open Food Facts web site design. As a result of this experience, I’m more excited than ever to pursue a career in development.
