### Details
In this round, we got two proposals about Perl blogging platform.
blogs.perl.org: We will approve and fund this grant. The outstanding blogs.perl.org issues have to be fixed and it will be the right thing to use the community money in this area. Tom Hukins has been assigned as the Grant Manager.
Plerd: We will approve it but will not fund it in this round. That is, we will review the same proposal in the next round and re-evaluate it with the remaining fund we have. See the [rules](http://www.perlfoundation.org/rules_of_operation) 3.4 for the details.
