Grant Update: Test2 Manual by Chad Granum

Chad has been working on his Test2 manual. The fact that he is, also, maintaining Test2 modules, and implementing or refactoring some portions of these modules make the documentation process harder, as it need the changes done before documenting them. Nevertheless, in the last month, Chad has been updating the [documentation](https://github.com/Test-More/Test2-Manual/commit/eb5c04aee1d7a64246670030da9ba57d273b3e3f) given outdated information, and added some new sections. He also added a lot of new section titles referring subjects he intends to write about.
