New TPF Grants Committee Member: Matthew Horsfall

On behalf of the TPF Grants Committee, I am pleased to announce that Matthew Horsfall has been elected to the committee.
Matthew (aka alh) had been involved in the Perl community for almost ten years in a number of capacities, from helping to organize BOFs at YAPC in Asheville, to helping with the 2011 Google Summer of Code, to answering questions and helping to maintain the Perl IRC network. He's also participated in the Perl Toolchain Summit, Perl5 Porters, and has been a dev release manager for Perl on a number of occasions.
We're excited to have Matthew on board. Please join us in welcoming him to the Grants Committee!
