The Grants Committee is pleased to announce the voting results of the March round.
The following grant is approved and funded:

The following grant is approved but not funded as specified in 3.4 of [the Rules of Operation](http://www.perlfoundation.org/rules_of_operation). This will be reconsidered in the next round according to 1.2 of the rules.

There was a question why the fourth proposal got 9 votes whilst all the others got 8. The answer is simple; while we have 11 voting members, the number of Yes/No votes does not always match 11 due to abstentions and restriction on the Secretary's voting.
