The Perl Foundation is now listed as a "cause on Benevity.org":https://causes.benevity.org/causes/840-383536536. This means that employees of Google may now donate to The Perl Foundation through GooglersGive, their workplace giving program. When making contributions through benevity, please search for "Yet Another Society"
We appreciate all of the Google employees that nominated us, and we thank everybody for all of your support of The Perl Foundation. Through your support, we are ensuring the future of Perl for a long time to come.

Why is it (still) "Yet Another Society?"
Why does it not have Perl in the name so that people KNOW it's for the Perl Foundation without
resorting to never seen instructions like the ones above?
The reason that it is listed as "Yet Another Society" is because that is the legal name that The Perl Foundation is incorporated under. TPF is simply a registered business alias for YAS. The real name of the tax-exempt organization is Yet Another Society.
If you search for "The Perl Foundation" in Benevity, that should work as well.
