Leon just sent me another update on his grant:
_bq. Most importantly, I'm finally able to build a dll on Windows, this is an important milestone. The dll still has some issues that prevent it from working correctly though, and it will probably require patches to some ExtUtils:: modules to resolve that. I also improved the documentation (and added a few functions that I was missing while writing it). Lastly I've been resolving a number of bug reports that I've received lately, in particular related to the absence or presence of multiplicity. Now I'm planning to add more documentation and then write the final report._
