Grant Update: Improvements to Dist::Zilla

Ricardo has now been working on his grant for nearly four weeks. Of the nine inch-stones included in the original proposal, five are complete (logging, testing tools, tests, core FileFinder plugins, new prereq system). One (improved support for XS dists) has had work done against it, but as more input has been gathered on how to proceed, it's become clear that the rest of this work will be done outside the scope of the grant. Two goals (command plugin simplification and an improve 'new' command) remain to be done, as does the user's guide. Detailed [status updates](http://rjbs.manxome.org/rubric/entries/tags/distzilla/created_after/2010-03-01) are still being published at Ricardo's blog, and he predicts that the grant work will be completed within a month or possibly two.
